Hello Bunker Broncos,
My name is Jennifer Shank and I am honored to serve as your Assistant Principal at Berkeley Bunker Elementary School.
I am proud to say I am a product of the Clark County School District. I graduated from Clark High School, and attended UNLV where I earned a
Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.
I started my teaching career as an elementary special education teacher, moving into elementary education after four years. I hold a Master's Degree in School Administration, this being my third year working with Dr. Pauline Mills, and the wonderful staff and students of Bunker Elementary School.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching cooking and "Fixer Upper" shows on TV, riding ATV's, and hanging out with my family and friends.
I truly love my profession, and I strongly believe all students have the potential to succeed. Our job as educators is to instill this mindset in our students on a daily basis. I hope to foster a strong partnership between home and school and create lasting, meaningful relationships with those I serve.
I love being a member of the Bunker family, and I look forward to a fantastic 2016-2017 school year!
